Develops a high level of aerobic fitness and increases anaerobic threshold so this is a great session for endurance based sports such as cycling, running, triathlon, swimming.

Helps turn your increasing muscle strength into power - so that's useful for most sports. A more powerful athlete is a faster athlete.
- Traditional 'sports hall' circuit sessions are 80% cardiovascular and 20% muscular strength and endurance. We aim for the opposite mix. If you already go to circuits, why not come to ours as well to complement your training?
